Order Information

An email will be sent to the email address you provided when you have completed your order. The e-mail will contain all the information about your order, the billing address, shipping address, product, price and shipping cost. If something is wrong in your order, please contact us immediately at info@iissic.se or by phone (+46 723 060 040). You must be 18 years old or have parental consent to order.

Question Delivery time
AnswerAll orders are sent in the mail and our normal delivery time is 2-4 weeks. Special orders can take 4-6 weeks. Orders placed on a weekend are normally sent on the Monday after. If there is delays in your delivery please contact us directly via email (info@iissic.se) or by phone (+46 723 060 040).
Question Prices
AnswerThe prices in the shop are presented in SEK (Swedish kronor), all prices includes 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprint in the price list as well as errors in prices depending on wrong information.
Question Payment
AnswerPayment Visa / Mastercard – $ 0

The amount is charged to your credit card when the order is delivered to you. We use the payment method XXX, which is PCI certified. Klarna Checkout uses 3D Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. Card information is sent through SSL encryption.

 

Invoice – 19 kr

We cooperate with XXX for payment by invoice, a paper invoice is sent with the delivery. Late payment adds a fee by the amount allowed by law, right now it’s 50 SEK and interest at 24% +, base rate. Normal credit review without a courtesy copy is made and delivery is sent to the registered address.

Question Personal information
AnswerWe do not store your customer data for purposes other than completion of your order. We follow the Data Protection Act. You can always request a correction, an extract of the information and for us to remove your information from our records.
Question Return policy
AnswerThe product must be in sellable condition with undamaged packaging. You can not return a specially ordered order or a custom made order. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the time you received the products.
Question Complaint
AnswerLet me know why you do not accept the goods by e-mail (info@iissic.se) or by phone (+46 723 060 040). We will then send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions to you. Always notify any complaint as soon as possible. You have by law, complaints right on your side in three years provided that the fault can be proved to the seller, within 6 months of purchase. We accept the Swedish Consumer Complaints (ARN).
Question Changing conditions
AnswerSpecial ordered products are not exchangeable.
Question Unclaimed packages
AnswerWe will charge you for the delivery, return and inventory costs if you do not pick up your package when it has arrived. The cost is currently 395 SEK. Ignored packages does not count as a cancellation of your purchase. You must always tell us that you wish to cancel your order.
Question Dispute
AnswerIn any dispute, we follow the recommendations from the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board.
Question Product information
AnswerWe reserve the right for any typographical errors in the text on this website as well as end product sales. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the product, due to the fact that a certain color may differ depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution.
Question Force majeure
AnswerWe take no responsibility for any delay or failure due to circumstances beyond our control such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes in the products characteristics altered by the respective suppliers or other factors beyond our control. Our company is never responsible for direct or indirect damage/loss which may occur for the customers.

Question Order from other countries that are not supported in the shop
AnswerWould you like to order a product from me but live in a country other than Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany and the UK? Submit your order in the contact form where you write product name, size and color, I will return with the price and shipping in Euro.

Payment will be made when you have accepted the order. A payment request from PayPal is sent to your email address. Once the payment is completed, the production of your order begins.
